I would just like to thank you and your team for the LLA 50 course. I found the course enlightening and thought provoking, which has left me with a renewed vigor and a head full of ideas on how to utilize the knowledge and tools which I “stole with pride”. This course is a credit to your team and JLR.         Mark Allen, Hyde Assemblies Ltd

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, which successfully marries Lean Tools and Techniques with the Leadership Qualities needed to be successful in its implementation. The course graphically shows how far the Halewood factory has come and what can be achieved. This highlights for me the work on changeover reduction, to see the operators owning and continuously improving standard work practices and actually getting to be a part of the manufacture of Land Rovers. A great experience.    Damian Tonge, AstraZeneca

I can honestly say that I enjoyed the course!  It gave a great insight into the lean operation of a large successful company, it was competently delivered by JLR staff and supported by an excellent set of documentation and activities. The reason for this comment is that the foundation of the course opens up the JLR way of thinking, allowing unrestricted access to all levels of staff who have the common goal of making the company lean and successful.
The modules of the course were detailed enough to gain a good understanding of the methodology and the utilisation of small amounts of home study allowed individuals to gain knowledge.  The bonus of being allowed to be involved in the process activities impressed me, it enabled an understanding of the need to get things right to prevent issues building up further into the process and to witness the positive lean culture at JLR.  Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would encourage others to participate in the future. Malcolm Alderson, Scorpion Automotive

An extremely well planned and well delivered course for those seeking an introduction to Lean principles and tools, along with being a useful insight for those outside of the Operation.  Vicky Bennett, DHL
