Partnership for Learning's Apprentice schemes are industry-developed frameworks for training young people in the workplace in areas that are current, relevant and encompass all the skills and knowledge that a young person would require within that industry.
There are different levels of Apprenticeship available and they all lead to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), Key Skills qualifications and, where applicable, a Technical Certificate.
Apprentices are employed by an organisation and undertake both on and off-the-job training throughout their apprenticeship, including attendance at college.
Partnership for Learning offer apprenticeships in the following areas:
· Mechanical Engineering
· Electrical Engineering
· Fabrication & Welding
· Electrotechnical Services
