Land Rover Experience is Knowsley’s newest attraction, allowing visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the factory which puts two of motoring's most prestigious names on the road, plus the chance to get behind the wheel on the purpose-built off-road course.

The All-New Land Rover Freelander 2 is built at Europe's top performing car plant - Halewood Operations in Liverpool. The plant also produces Jaguar's award winning X-TYPE model and has received a great deal of external recognition for quality and productivity.

The Halewood plant is the only Jaguar and Land Rover facility to house all major production facilities under one roof – Press Shop, Body Shop, Paint Shop and Trim Final Assembly. During the tour, visitors will get to see the very latest production processes and techniques.

But for the real enthusiast, the chance to sample the product will be irresistible! A purpose built off-road course allows car, and driver, to be put through their paces under the guidance of one of the centre’s experts.
