            BIT Alliance Project (December 2005 - March 2008)

This project is developing trainers from across the region to deliver Business Improvement Techniques to the standards set by National Skills Academy of Manufacturing. Companies also have the opportunity to benefit from heavily subsidised training which leads to individuals gaining an NVQ in BIT plus significant business benefits from the implimentation of lean tools and techniques.


          Automotive Skills Project (January 2006 - December 2007) 

The focus of this project was to diagnose and assess the skill needs of companies in the Northwest and Warrington and see how those needs could be addressed. The main aim of the project was to help individuals within the automotive and engineering sectors to improve their skills and employability.
